    <description>&lt;P&gt;I, ALSO have this problem!&amp;nbsp; It has worked well for over3 years and now -- click on the DOWNLOAD and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; Went to McMaster Carr Chat and asked about it and was told that Fusion 360 is not supported by McMaster Carr and that they could not help me.&amp;nbsp; I then said that it was Autodesk Fusion 360 and got the same answer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This needs to be address asap!&amp;nbsp; I use this for detail stuff all the time and it takes time to download a file and up load it to get a step file of a nut!!!&amp;nbsp; Poor response, Autodesk - Fusion 360!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting. If this problem is occurring, I suggest to download the step file from McMaster's&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.mcmaster.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;website&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;via your internet browser. Then import the file in fusion manually.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've also found this as only solution from Fusion support article.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should not accept a suggestion that is a workaround as a solution.&amp;nbsp; It is not solved and the Fusion Team ought to know that it is not solved.&amp;nbsp; Please deselect the previous reply as a solution.&amp;nbsp; It may help you continue to work but McMaster Carr should be fixed properly or altogether removed by the Fusion Team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
