Comments function not working

I am trying to comment on a model that a colleague has created. The comments feature will open however no text appears when I type.

Sorry for the trouble. Is it happening for all the designs or a specific one (which your friend has shared)?
Could you please share a video of the problem?

Could you please try this workaround and see if it works:
Set the environment variable NEUTRON_WEBBROWSER_ALLOW_GPU_BLACKLIST with a value of 1
