Hi there,

I am having some trouble setting up emissive objects in Fusion 360. I am trying to create a custom LED type bulb and to this I assign the material: A Type Bulb - Frosted - 800lm. In the material editor, it is possible to assign roughness, reflectance and lumimance. There is also a color palette where you can set the color. The normal color temp. is set to bright white. I have tried to assign a yellowish color to make the light warm white. However, when I change the color, nothing happens. I have also tried to assign a LED material, but there is only a blue, green and red variant. Again it is not possible to change the color temp. Does anyone have nay ideas how to simulate warm white light?

The color you change in the first panel is the diffuse color or the color the unlit LED would reflect light with.

If you want to change the color of the emitted light, you need to click on the "Advanced" button and then change th color in the "Emissive" section.

The emitters in FUiosn 360- are very limited IMHO to create realistic light sources.
