Variable driven sketch spline pattern breaks when variable changed

I have a sketch that generates a hyper cycloid parameterized on number of lobes. The sketch generates the spline for one lobe based on the parameters and then generates a circular pattern to create the remaining lobes. The spline is patterned correctly at the generation of the circular pattern, but if I change the number of lobes parameter which drives the number of instances in the pattern, the generated spline copies are broken. If I simply re-open the circular pattern object and re-save it with no changes, it corrects itself.

Hi,

pattern in sketch mode seem to be difficult.

I made it with circular pattern and feature in solid environment.

Great! Thank you very much. That will work for what I'm trying to do. I would like to accept your answer as a solution, but I feel like it is still a workaround for what looks like a bug. I think they should probably still look into the issues as it may manifest in other cases that can not be worked around as easily.
