    <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;One other thing that you can try is (assuming you are on Windows) - Go to C:/Users/USER ID/AppData/Local/Autodesk - Delete the Web Services folder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if this helps. If both the products are not working it could be a single-sign on issue and hopefully the above will reset SSO and force you to sing-in again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fusion will not open please help ASAP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My fusion 360 or inventor will all of a sudden not open just stays on the Autodesk screen with blue circle. &amp;nbsp;I’ve tried deleting everything Autodesk related and reinstalling with no luck I’ve also tried updating computer drivers which was recommended in a dif post with no luck?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's not clear to me what you are seeing, I need a picture. Can you start Fusion or Inventor and get a screen capture showing the "blue circle" you are seeing? (or any error messages that appear). Please post the picture here in a response.&lt;/P&gt;
