Fusion 360 unresponsive when attempting to render locally

I have one particular model I am using for a product rendering that will not render locally. I can initiate a cloud render, but this one will not begin rendering when I attempt to render locally - nothing appears in the rendering gallery after clicking 'render'.

Other models are rendering properly. This one isnt despite restarting Fusion 360 and my machine multiple times.

How complex is the model and what is your hardware like?
