I can access Fusion Team, I can sign in to the Health Dashboard and all green bar...&lt;SPAN style="text-align: left; color: #666666; text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: 'Artifakt Element','Open Sans','Helvetica','Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; word-spacing: 0px; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; float: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Revit Live.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've tried deleting the file in...&lt;FONT&gt;C:\Users\CPuckett\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options&lt;/FONT&gt;, it's empty.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This has come about from previous issues, so I tried a clean install and now it's worse?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Any solutions?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;down loaded the 'not for commercial use' version and observed eerors as it progressed, did complete though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started on a design and things were just abit 'hinky'...could be me still?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, went for a clean un-install and tried againg but still got errors towards the end of down loading?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See attached, what else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
