      <title>Problems when trying to update my subscription from startup to commercial</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm from Chile and today I bought a 12month license, because my startup license expired. I received an email from the license vendor with a License certificate attached. In the license certificate there is a Serial # / Product Key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now how do I link this license with my current account? I don't want to lose my data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find in My Autodesk Account portal where to enter this information. (attached image)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should be a very straightforward process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patricio&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fusion 360 doesn't have a serial number since it is cloud-based - you just assign the product to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What product is listed on the certificate?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fusion 360 isn't in the AEC Collection:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.co.uk/collections/architecture-engineering-construction/included-software" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.autodesk.co.uk/collections/architecture-engineering-construction/included-software&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would explain your issue, if you need the other products then keep the license otherwise you need to go back to your reseller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, you still need a Fusion 360 Commercial license regardless to maintain access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
