Trying to combine items

So while the subject sounds a bit simple, it's a bit more complicated. I have a bunch of files that were done in sketchup that I've imported into Fusion, and I'm trying to make a sprue of parts to have printed. Well, there's a problem. When I try to combine the item drawn in fusion with what was imported as a sketchup file, I can't combine the two items. I kinda need to so I can export this as an STL for 3D printing. Any suggestions on a workaround?

Here is the file I'm working with right now. It's possible to copy the body, but like I said I can't combine them with bodies drawn up in Fusion 360

The most convenient for you is to use some other program to "cure" mesh files after sketchup. Because the capabilities of Fusion when working with mesh are weak. There could also be problems if you forgot to break the file link.
