      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm running on a Windows 10 (64bit) machine and every time I load Fusion360 it starts to upload but fails every time.&amp;nbsp; I've tried rebooting &amp;amp; logging in again (as per the instructions), but it fails to update every time.&amp;nbsp; I've attached the log...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;Thank you for adding your log file. From the one that you added this is a complete different problem. You are on a vey old Fusion build that we deployed in 2019. You will have to uninstall the product and re-install again at this point. Moving forward you should not have any issue to live update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;We have looked into the log files and it looks like certain files that we need for the update are missing indoor machine. At this time we do not have an explanation as to why. At this point uninstall/reinstall is the only option to get on the latest build. We will keep researching to find out why some of the files went missing on your machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled &amp;amp; re-installed Fusion and that seems to have fixed the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
