fusion 360 not responding windows 10 home 1903

went through all the steps and still will not launch successfully.

uninstall
use the cleaner
make sure no processes are running
reboot
install
reboot
launch Fusion 360
enter login information
goes to application screen but shows not responding.

I am curious, did you do all the steps you indicated as an administrator of your computer? Did you turn User Access Control (UAC) off temporarily, for that administrator account, during installation? Please post your autodesk.webdeploy.log file is you can to help figure out your issue.

Well, I think i have followed all those steps. I definitely ran them as administrator.
It was working prior to a windows update, and hasn't worked since.

How do i get that web.deploy.log - that would be helpful and i will send it as soon as i get it.

I did all of those things... So strange. And last night it launched without issue, so i was like woohoo! ... then this morning tried to start it back up and still getting the 'not responding'....
