    <description>&lt;P&gt;went through all the steps and still will not launch successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;uninstall&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;use the cleaner&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;make sure no processes are running&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;reboot&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;install&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;reboot&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;launch Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;enter login information&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;goes to application screen but shows not responding.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows 10 home 1903&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am curious, did you do all the steps you indicated as an administrator of your computer?&amp;nbsp; Did you turn User Access Control (UAC) off temporarily, for that administrator account, during installation?&amp;nbsp; Please post your autodesk.webdeploy.log file is you can to help figure out your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I think i have followed all those steps. I definitely ran them as administrator.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It was working prior to a windows update, and hasn't worked since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do i get that web.deploy.log - that would be helpful and i will send it as soon as i get it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all of those things... So strange.&amp;nbsp; And last night it launched without issue, so i was like woohoo! ... then this morning tried to start it back up and still getting the 'not responding'....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
