How to find license expiration date?

Try as I might I cannot find such a basic piece of info in my account, not even with the help of google. Please someone put me out of my misery?

Select All Products and Services

Expand the product listing to view license expiration date.

From within the Fusion 360 application what does Help > About show?

It might be that you will have to re-download the application and perform a re-installation. It sounds as if something is not correctly registered with your Autodesk account.

Perhaps one of the seasoned veterans for F360 will be along to offer additional assistance.

You can find your subscription on www.manage.autodesk.com. If you are the buyer of Fusion 360, Go to Billings and Orders -> Subscriptions and Contracts.

Hi All,

Because of the new product page design the users cannot see the expiry date of Fusion 360 Personal, Startup subscription. Do we have any method to do that?

I cannot find my personal use expiration date either. I have looked at my account online - everywhere, and the Help - About in the Fusion 360 software. Spent almost an hour searching. I can find nothing about the expiration date. Please Advise how to find it. Thanks.

In the new system, the expiration data for your Personal License will appear two places at approximately 30 days before the license expires. One will be above the menu bar in Fusion 360 itself and the other will be on your Autodesk Account page. I cannot show you either since my Personal License is not near expiration.

NOTE: Remember to let your Personal License EXPIRE before trying to renew it or you will have trouble.

Ah OK that explains why I can't see when it expires, although I'm not sure why they decided to not show the date. Why will I have trouble renewing it before it expires (renewing when the message shows up). Does it state to let it expire in the message? That seems the opposite of what every other type of license I have works, i.e you don't want things to actually expire, you want to renew before they expire. Thanks for your information in any case.

Why are you responding to @CoastLineModels, use the Reply icon to respond to the poster you are addressing. Anyway, since the Personal License for Fusion 360 is free, Autodesk needs to control the renewal sequence in a different manner than the Subscription. In a Subscription, they just add the time you renew the license, as you say normally ahead, to your subscription time. They do not track the Personal License so they simply do it back to back, you renew when it expires and it will pick up from there, approx. 3 hours, till the next year. Also, just so you will know, when you do renew your Personal License, you will receive a full Subscription License for approx. 30 days. This is Autodesk method of advertising hoping you will like the full version and purchase it. When it expires, you will be shifted to the Personal License you applied for. All repeats the next year, unless they change to process again.
