    <description>&lt;P&gt;Met with live agent last night, no help. I am using a Mac (Imac desktop-Catalina 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;. Software for Fusion keeps freezing ,not letting me save, and keeps stating "ERROR: HUB SUSPENDED". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, using both the uninstall app and manual methods. My software also keeps staying i am using a free trial but my edu account was verified.
