Hi Phil,

Unfortunately I am unable to access the help menu, because it doesn't load
before the program becomes unresponsive. Is there anywhere else I can
access it?

Three days ago I was using Fusion (student edition) as usual, couple of days later I opened Fusion and after the "Fusion 360" Splash screen all that loads up is the Orientation box at the top right corner and the program becomes completely unresponsive! I've tried a few things over the last few days to include, clean uninstall/install, checked firewall exceptions, restarted pc ect... The only time that fusion loads properly is if I disconnect my internet. When I reconnect to the internet and try to switch to online mode it says that Fusion is currently undergoing maintenance so I am unable to access any of my files. I also tried to use my laptop and came to the same results. Has anyone had to deal with a similar issue?

In this case it would help to see your log files. Can you get access to the Help menu > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files?

Thanks,

You should be able to get the log files from Help when Fusion is offline. Can you still start Fusion offline and get it to load fully?

I just tried to boot Fusion in offline mode and I received an error
stating, "Sorry Fusion was unable to save sufficient data for offline mode
and needs to go online. Please make sure you have a working internet
connection to continue." Then it says, "Cannot switch to online mode
either. Please check your internet connection. Application will exit now."

Earlier, you mentioned this:

" The only time that fusion loads properly is if I disconnect my internet. "

Can you do that?

If not, try deleting "NMachineSpecificOptions.xml" from here:
%appdata%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options
