How to export a design to GrabCAD ?

I hope the title says it all ! I want to put a design into GrabCAD. It's a small, self-contained component that people might find useful. I have googled and found a video on how to do this from 2013, when the UI seems totally different.

I also found:

How to use 'export' off the component right-click menu. That does something but I don't know what it did !
'Export' off the file menu - only shows local directory system.

Apparently this is so simple that nobody says how it is done, but it isn't simple enough for me. Please could someone elucidate.

Hi,

1. rightclick component

2. Export

3. Select file type and location to save as "my design" * > ok

4. upload to grabcad

@g-andresen - thanks for the solution. So it seems like the integration directly to GrabCAD described in 2013 by this video got abandoned.
