@Anonymous - there is no way to transfer features from the Design workspace to the Generative workspace that I am aware of, unfortunately. What modifications did you make that you think belong in the "Modify Model" part of generative?

You are correct, the entire Design feature set is not available in Modify Model in Generative.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question about "Per Entity". Hopefully someone else can answer that one for you.

[Generative design] Modify model

Hello everyone,

I am using Fusion 360 Generative Design. I modified (quite a lot) a model based on step files, which I imported into the Design module. However, I just figured out that I should have modified my model in the Generative Design module instead of the Design module. Now as soon as I want to edit anything in my model, all my Generative Design Studies become "out of date". In the present case, I would need to have one Fusion file per Generative Model. I hope I am clear enough...

So, is there a way to transfer all my modifications to the Generative Design module "Modify model" tab ?

By the way, does editing the model in the Generative Design module allows as many functionalities as in the Design module ? For instance, I don't find the T-splines tools, which I needed to use while editing...

I just have a last question : when applying forces, the checkbox "Per entity" is checked and greyed out. How can I uncheck it ?

Thanks a lot and best regards

Raphael

Thank you for the answer. I needed to generate a surface body using Tsplines in order to partition a solid body. You are right, my modifications did not really belong to the design workspace in principle, that's why I'm trying to correct my mistake.
