Lost project data after email change

Hi, I changed the email from my university email to Gmail and all the project data disappeared. Can someone help? Thanks.

Have you tried to log-in the Fusion 360 web database using your old Autodesk ID (old email address) and password? If you can get there, you can download your data to your local drive.

it said "This email or username is not recognized"

If you changed your Autodesk ID to the new email, then the old one is gone. If you created a new Autodesk ID, then we had a shot at recovery using the database. Hopefully someone at Autodesk may be able to help.
