Expired: Buy Now

I have renewed my education license but am not able to get Fusion up and running. I have logged in and out multiple times, no luck, still the same error...Term has Expired on the top of the fusion window.

When I log into the autodesk website, I get the following. Do I somehow need to reinstall??

@eric_strebel Eric, I am being told that this is a 2 step process now. When you log into the website and see the banner that you have access until 2021, can you scroll down and see if Fusion 360 is listed and if an option to "Get Access for Fusion 360" ?

Not exactly....

Then I click "get product" and get

I click "assess" Then it begins a download.......

So I need to reinstall?...thats just silly

A reinstall is not required. The access should give you the permissions to sign in again. (The download is if you don't have Fusion already installed it is available to install. I don't think we check to see if you have Fusion already or not).

I see that you marked this as solved. I hope you have the proper access now.
