Can you do a couple of things for us , please?

1. Go to Help - About - What build are you currently on?

2. Go to Help- >Support & Diagnostics -> Get Diagnostic log files -> Please attach the zip file that is generated

3. "Sometimes" a restart of the machine could fix any lingering issues.

@Anonymous Here is what we think is happening. You should be updated to 2.0.8809 and the update should be looking for this package. However, per the logs Fusion is trying to look for the packages from an update we put out in July (that older package is obviously not available since we have moved on to newer updates).

We do not know at this time "how" your Fusion got into this state but the right solution here unfortunately is asking you to uninstall Fusion and re-install it again. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will continue to investigate on how you could get into a situation like this.

Please let us know if a reinstall fixed your issues. (and 2.0.8809 should get you Emboss 🙂 )
