    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to setup Azure VM running Fusion 360. The team that manages the firewall says they whitelisted the &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fusion-360-cannot-access-the-services-through-proxy.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;requested sites&lt;/A&gt; but it is still returning the error Cannot switch to online mode either. Please check your internet connection. Application will exit now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to log in and the program starts. Then returns the two errors and closes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the application log, it shows this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;OnlineStatus onlineSwitchFaile:WIP down&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;I don't see any failed site references. I have tried deleting the LoginState.xml, nglobaloptions.xml, nmachinespecificoptions.xml with no luck. I have run the removal software and tried again. Anything else on the local machine that I can look at to figure out what is being blocked?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
