Hi,

please share the file.

What is strange are the arrows.

But this can be caused in the original application.
The text is as expected (double lines with filling) and the arrows are formed by single lines with line width.

günther

my guess here is that the curves in the arrows are attributed as "wide" curves. Fusion imports SVG as sketch curves, and Fusion does not support a width attribute on sketch curves, so all you see is the centerline. There is no guarantee that Fusion will render an SVG exactly as other applications. If there is an option to extract boundaries in the authoring application, you may be able to get those outside boundaries in Fusion.

Thanks for the replies. I uploaded the document for reference. I'm still investigating if I can export the SVG differently as well (it's not an easy setting in the SVG export section).

Hi,

here are 2 models:

Arrows with added (offset) single lines

converted to bezier

günther

Ok, wow. Thank you! That's exactly what I was hoping for (and have experienced using Fusion in the past). Do you mind me asking how did you accomplish that in Fusion with my SVG?

Hi,

With the pure Fusion version (left side) I added symmetrical offset lines to the arrows and thus generated areas.

I did something similar with the right variant. However, the structure is more favourable for further processing in Fusion by conversion with a tolerance of 0.1 mm.

günther

Ok, that's embarrassing. I was so focused on the import being strange that I wasn't thinking about actually fixing the problem myself. I have a bunch more of these, but the parallel offset lines will solve the majority of my problems.

Thanks again!
