I am a little concerned that no one in this thread mentions your somewhat questionable modeling techniques, which lead to that gap. How did you end up solving this?

The yellow warnings in your timeline are one of the reasons that the body can't be made into a solid. You need to edit the offset planes and re establish the reference planes. The other problem is the extrudes and trim of the surface on the side, it is creating bad geometry. A Better way do fill that hole is to stitch the bodies together and then use the patch command to fill the hole, then stitch again, mirror, stitch, patch the bottom surface and stitch again to make a solid.

Warnings should always be addressed as soon as they pop up.

I have attached my fix of the model.

Thank You so much.

I was not able to open your fixed model (maybe because my fusion won't update) so I tried the fix on my own.My model has improved with your help but still doesn't seem to be a solid?

It is 1 body, patched and stitched.

Can you see the problem?
