If you have save a body in a file, the file is actually a component. You can create a new file, save it, and then simply insert the component file, containing your body, into it. You then repeat this process with the second file. This is the most efficient method. You will end up with an assembly containing two components and their respective bodies. You can use the Insert Derive command to do the same thing but the end result is either linked bodies or if you break the link, base features which can be a challenge to edit. Take a look at the Screencast.
