FEA Stress test error

Hi @autodeskcommunity, I'm having trouble getting the results from the FEA stress simulation as it keeps failing in solving and receiving stages of the solver. Despite there being no issues with the pre-checker. If anyone knows the cause or solution to this error I'd really appreciate any advice?

There isn't an obvious cause for this failure. If you can send us the log files we can take a closer look at this. Here is how to get the log files:
