Hi There,

Well, after struggling for a few weeks to make sense of Fusion360 and all its quirks. I am done. How do I get my money back? Please tell me how I get that process started?

Me to. I learned AutoCAD over thirty years ago, and was able to pretty much teach myself. This is impossible with fusion. Just creating a sketch is impossible.

That's a bit extreme of a comment, no? Click Sketch, select plane to sketch on, start sketching...

I would say that "type" is accurate. The quality level of help here on the forum, however, is much higher!

To answer the original question, I don't believe there is a refund.

Fusion 360 is a subscription based service, meaning you pay for a subscription period, either annually or monthly.

If you don't want to use the software anymore, you cancel the subscription.

There is also a free hobby version available that is not feature limited and allows users to evaluate functionality for a long time - far beyond the usual 30 day trial period - without spending any money.

It usually serves users well to read the terms and conditions before committing to a paid version.

since your last update fusion will not shut down.

for the last month I haven't been able to to look at the properties of anything fusion just locks up every time.

when I tried to reply to your post it just made me login. ( I was already logged in).

The 1st time I typed this I had a lot more written down and it just disappeared.

that's why I'm stopping at this point.

@sdurquhart63 What OS are you using, this signout thing has come up before you ever do a clean reinstall of fusion or if you have screencast on your computer remove it or update it, both of these have fixed it for me and others.
