Well, the stock is in a fixture that is centered on the machine's mill and set as the zero point in UCCNC. If UCCNC is showing the toolpath centered on the piece, I would assume the cut would be centered as well.

Is this what you mean?

I am routing a rectangular piece out of square stock and finding that it is not centered on the y-axis. This results in a misalignment when the piece is flipped over (via the y-axis in a fixture) and more features routed. The WCS is the standard stock box point arrangement with 1mm offsets on all sides - nothing out of the ordinary. Problem is when the NC file is created (via the StepCraft configuration) and loaded into UCCNC the cut is offset about 1mm. Even their toolpath image shows it not being centered.

I have checked and rechecked the Design and the rectangular piece is on center - same with the Manufacture view. Everything looks dead on. I don't think there can be an issue with UCCNC and the StepCraft is running smoothly and accurately - perfect routing, just not centered in the stock.

What am I missing?

Have you set your WCS at the machine? Fusion is going to produce code accurate to where you have established the WCS IN FUSION, but it's up to the user to make sure they establish the same point in their machine.

Your WCS is set perfectly on center of the model in Fusion. Any issue that's occurring is likely how your WCS is set at the machine.
