Help! Profiling radius

Im trying to profile the radius in the corner where these two features meet. The body is 1" in diameter and the head is 1.450" This is what I want to do but I want to use a 4th axis to do it. I want to park a ball nose at the 1" diameter and rotate the indexer, while moving in and out in X. How can i achieve this? Thanks in advance

I'm not seeing a file or photo, so this is just a wild guess on my part: I suspect Rotary is what you're looking for, which is in the Manufacturing Extension. Without seeing the part though, it's hard to say. Might be able to do it with a simple 2D Contour and Pattern > Rotate...

I tried it with the rotary option but I couldnt get it to cut the radius, it just wanted to profile the whole part. When i try 2d contour and wrap toolpath, i choose the 1" diameter as my wrap cylinder and it gives me the "Cannot unwrap cyclic geometry" prompt.

Yeah, the Rotary suggestion was made before I understood what your part is like.
Can you export and share your Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

For the cyclic thing, I believe it's because your thing is a closed loop, which doesn't work. Create 2 surfaces really close together, like 0.0001" or so, and use them to slice your model, this will create the entry/exit point for the wrapped toolpath. You probably want to do this in a derived model, or using the manufacturing model feature.

EDIT: you don't need to slice it, just make a simple rectangle sketch 0.0001" wide and cut a tiny slot in the profile you pick for the wrap geometry. It will do the same thing but will be simpler to do it that way. Wrap needs to be an opened profile.

Here's what I came up with, using 2D Contour:

Using Manufacturing Models, I split the faces a bit and used that partial chain to drive the toolpath. I've attached the file!
