I've gone back into the file to perform the exact same operation as I was trying to do this morning, and it now works perfectly (with the exception of the two holes you mention, on the line).

Now I think of it, that's often what fixes the problems I've had before with the bore toolpath (and only the bore toolpath) - leaving the file and re-opening at a later point.

Is this a known issue or is it just me?! It's been happening ever since I first used the bore toolpath, towards the end of last year.

This is problem I often have, normally when using the option to select holes of the same diameter in the toolpath settings. However, this time it occurs when only selecting individual holes.

Toolpath simply doesn't generate. No error message.

Looking at old threads I feel like it might be a problem with the orientation of the holes being slightly off vertical. However, I have no idea how to check that, or how to adjust if that is the case (tool orientation options are not available in my version of fusion).

File attached. Holes I want to bore are the tiny holes in the top of the piece.

Any help at all would be much appreciated!!

It is a problem with the model itself the 2 holes on the line are not being seen as holes like the rest.

Surfaces merged

To merge the two sections you will have to turn the timeline of and go into the surfaces workspaces and select modify - merge - select the 2 faces and ok then redo the toolpath and it should be good.

Things definitely can be a bit wonk with the bore toolpath, the 2 holes it did not select will be a limitation in the hole selection.
