      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These are left blank as we do not know them and it could be dangerous for us to guess.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you take a photo of macro variables 500-520 and 550-570&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'll hopefully be able to work it out from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm those pictures are what I was after but the values in them are not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;500 and 550 are where they normally are.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you could page through the macro variables and see when you hit some values and take photos there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It should only go upto 999 just take photos whenever you see values that are not 0.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Right those are prefect:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Calibrated Radi: 600&lt;BR /&gt;Eccentricity X: 602&lt;BR /&gt;Eccentricity Y: 603&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to also check if your machine had Geometry only or geometry and wear. Just look in your tool table and see if you have both geometry and wear. This is the post property tool offset type.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also you could do with knowing where your output path is, this is parameter 21.&lt;BR /&gt;Depending on what parameter 21 is you can tell where the results file is going to be output to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;0 serial connection, 5 data server, 4 memory card, 9 FTP, 15 Ethernet, 17 USB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes that NC code is correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For a bit of information DPRNT is the function used to get the output out of the machine. There is also a post property called "inspection commissioning mode" this will pause the cycle at set points for you to check everything is working properly. For example it will stop when the probe should have activated. Depending on your control it may show the error message on the screen you are running or you might need to go to the messages screen to see the message. Just don't be worried if the program keeps pausing and needing you to press cycle start again to get it going.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have a serial connection to the machine with a terminal listening for receiving the data?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not it might be worth changing to another option or else you wont be able to get the results file and import it back into Fusion for the results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To change parameter 21 you need to turn on parameter write enable. This is found by pressing the offset key untill you see Parameter write enable = 0&lt;BR /&gt;You need to turn this to a 1&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You will now get an error on the machine&lt;BR /&gt;Change parameter 21&lt;BR /&gt;Go and turn parameter write enable back to a 0&lt;BR /&gt;Hit reset and the error should be cleared.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we currently just use a memory card, we save the program on to the memory card and the CNC reads the program straight off the memory card. is there no way that the machine could put the output data into the memory card? to then transfer back into fusion? or do we need to set up direct link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's fine you just need to set parameter 21 to 4 to use the memory card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may need to copy the inspection program off the memory card and onto the CNC memory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't think your control will allow you to read and write to the memory card at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ahh you have a Doosan, the Doosan machines have a safety check in them to stop the machine doing a G1 move when the spindle is not turning. As you imagine this is bad news with milling, however we need it for probing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;M184 is the command to turn this off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have this in the post already, if you edit your post processor, goto line 3422 and take the 2 forward slashes out of that line. Save this modified post processor and give it another go. The standard library post works fine for me If I use Geometry and wear.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you try using the latest post from the library. And can you attach the post you are using here so I can take a look and see where its falling over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you cant get the latest post to work just change this in the NC code for now to try and get us past this line.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Near the top you have&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(GEOMETRY ONLY)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;N65 #8=#[2000 + #4111]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Change it to this&lt;/P&gt;
