Hello all,

We are attempting to use F360 for programming our Trumpf L3050 with 840D Siemens Control. I have downloaded and used the generic post from autodesk library. It triggers a message on the control: "Check Program: Table entries missing." And lists the following messages in reference:

N120TC_LASER_ON(AL012IA0-30-2",10,100)

N190TC_LASER_ON(AL012IA0-30-2",10,100)

N260TC_LASER_ON(AL012IA0-30-2",10,100)

N60TC_SHEET_LOAD("SHL-1")

N50TC_SHEET_TECH("SHT-1")

It seems like a simple fix of the post processor. But I am honestly not familiar with this style of post processor. I will get a sample program from the machine later today and post to show the format. I'd appreciate any help or insight. Thank you. @MattWynn I've noticed you seem very savvy on the forum when it comes to these issues. I'd appreciate the help.

Hello @Anonymous

I am not a specialist, but i quickly tried our Trumpf post from the current library.

I notice a small difference between your output and the one i get.

In my example i have

N120TC_LASER_ON(11,"AL012IA0-N2S0-30-2",10,100)

So there is a numeric value before a comma and then a string.

That doesn't appear on your text.

Apparently the string should be a reference to a table of paramaters in the machine.

This string can be defined using the post properties.

Here is a capture of the NC Program i have created for testing.

Hoping it will help you fix the issue.

Regards.

Hi Ethan,

The values in the TC_LASER_ON (and similar commands) with AL012IA0-30-2 need to match up with the tech tables stored in the control or embedded in a different section of the posted file. I would expect there to be an entry for each material and thickness (this one looks like it might be for 12 gauge aluminum). It also looks like you are probably missing the leading " character.

The TC_SHEET_LOAD and TC_SHEET_TECH relate to the pallet changer. Does your machine have the two table pallet changer? Also, do you have a TrumaLift sheetmaster or other material handling system?

Just as you said, please get a sample program that works on your machine and forward it. Also try to get a list of the tech tables in your machine, at least the ones for the material and thickness you want to start with.

I'm very interested it getting you going with Fusion for the Trumpf, and improve on what we have for the industrial lasers.

The material table I figured out that I have to input to match what the machine has internally to call up the cutting conditions. I cannot as of yet pull a good post from the machine. Our network is down. I appreciate the help good sir.

Hi Ethan

This is Kyle and I'll be glad to help. The Trumpf machines are a little tricky and seems each one is a little different.

PM me with the program you've extracted and we can see how to bend the post processor to fit.
