Since last update can no longer post program using tool orientation

Pre the last big update I was using Tool Orientation to post any 4th Axis programming for rotating my part at custom angles. In Post Process I would use HAAS -A-axis (pre-NGC)/ haas with a-axis and it would post fine. now it says there is and error and says direction not supported.

It looks to me like you're using a machine configuration that isn't setup for multi-axis motion. What happens when you remove the machine config?

not using machine configuration that box is unchecked just using post HAAS -A-axis (pre-NGC)/ haas with a- axis

its what I used pre update and used to work.

I just tested a simple file:

Looks like you've got something else going on. Can you share your Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.

I've received the file. What is your exact machine? What you've defined as toolpaths and orientation requires A/C rotation, which that post is NOT configured for without a machine configuration.

using a haas vf4ss with the haas indexer rotated the index 90 in the machine never had anything specific before. have posted it before update and it worked fine and changed the angle went to post system crashed then updated now it wont work

Okay, I think I know what's going on. Am I correct in understanding that the 4th axis (still addressed to "A") is mounted 90 degrees from "normal" and that it's in-line with the Y axis now?
You are going to need to use Machine Configurations and edit your machine:

In the above image, it's typically X1, Y0, Z0. We're going to want to change it to the image above, where Y=1
