Choppy Finish using Ramp Cycle

Hi,

Programmed a seal taper using the ramp function, the machine ran the code and the part came out like a decagon with lots of little flats, its a quality industrial machine tool which is brand new so think its unlikely that its that- I switched back to featurecam and was able to program it at the same parameters with no issues.

Not sure if its my post or the resolution/arc linearization in fusion that needs to be tweaked, any ideas where to look?

A bit more info would be helpful;

What's the machine and post processor being used?
Can you share your Fusion file here so we can see what's going on?

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply
