I thought as the first milling operation, I should use adaptive clearing to remove the bulk of material. Then mill the angel, then the text. When generating the adaptive clearing tool path, it is taking forever for it to generate, and I gave a gaming laptop I'm using. (It's been 20 min and I'm still waiting)</P><P>My question is, Am I using the correct tool paths for this job? Or am I setting them up wrong? That seems to mostly work. Except (when running the simulation) the very first pass looks perfect. The second and subsequent passes put a black or gray "border" around the outer area.
