      <title>Thread Pitch or Threads per inch?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When defining a tap in the tool libarary it asks for the thread pitch. Does it actually mean the threads per inch or the actual pitch? For a 1/4-20 tap, do I enter 20 or .050?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a typo in your answer. &amp;nbsp;1/20 = .050 not .040. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; .050 is the correct pitch for a 1/4-20 tap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
