      <description>&lt;P&gt;With your original settings, "Top Height" for you was set to "Model Top". In this case, your part was tipped at an angle, and your Z axis was pointed up, not along the angle. So, you end up with an envelope that looks like this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, with that setting, it was starting the tool off up there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another tip; assuming you're going with slabs of plastic already milled to thickness, I'd suggest creating a solid model to represent your Stock and selecting "From Solid" in your Setup. Result:&lt;/P&gt;
