It just dawned on me just go offline and see what's available. All my posts, templates and libraries where still there, so hopefully it would be the same with the cloud down. Also noticed they've improved data panel while in offline mode.

What's the deal with Cloud Tool Libraries?

So Fusion has gone through a nice update and some improvements have been made to CAM workspace. However, you might be in a panic if your Cloud Tool Libraries are "gone". I was in such a state and ready to type out a snarky forum post, but decided instead to chase down a couple ideas.

For myself anyway, I found this: The Cloud library still existed on the A360 drive. I downloaded the .json file to my computer, opened up Fusion, went into the "Assets > CAMTools" folders and uploaded the .json file. (much like you would upload any other solid model file into Fusion)

The same will be true for your CAMPosts and CAMTemplates.

Interestingly, it did not duplicate my LibertyTools.json file (my cloud tool library) on the A360 drive. Which likely means it's a new separate file...

Now, my concern is this, and clarification would be great: When we had that nasty Cloud disruption early December, I noticed that it had no impact on the access to the A360 drive. If we are now routing all our CAMPosts, Templates, Tools through the Fusion cloud, are they going to go "poof" at the next outage ('cuz we all KNOW there will be one)

@jeff.pek, care to shed any light on this?

--------EDIT-----------

@keqingsong wrote: "Check it (if not already checked), apply it, refresh your data panel and you’ll see your existing posts, templates, and tools appear in a new folder called Assets will appear under Libraries".

This is not the case. I still have CAMPosts that aren't showing up in my Fusion Assets panel, but exist on the A360 drive:

My transfer went smoothly, didn't need to do anything. I thought perhaps they'd just mapped the A360 Drive folders into the Fusion Drive but apparently not. After the transfer Fusion sees all the posts as new so any defaults you've changed on the post dialog will be reset and you'll need to reselect the output folder as well.

I think you'll be OK when the Cloud fails because the files are on your PC, should be in the folder below..

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\LH8SM2YAWZTX

Interesting.

When I first fired up Fusion yesterday I made a bee-line to the Assets library to see all it's goodness. All 3 folders were vacant. As I had to rush out the door shortly, I didn't pursue any further.

This morning, I opened it up again and saw that 3 of the posts were there, but like you pointed out, the default settings (save location and toggles) were broken.

I did find the files you mentioned, although the "date modified" is older than I would expect, as I've been messing around in them recently

Another note, the folder was not the same as you indicated, not sure if it's user specific perhaps?

So I went out to the shop PC. (I've not fired it up since before the update, all my work has been done inside my comfy office) Update installed and Fusion rebooted. All my posts are there and are also now showing up on my home PC, as well as laptop. Odd.

All of my stuffs seem to have migrated just fine. Perhaps it just took a while for the servers to complete all of it. I'm sure there are a ton of users.
