Let me say that I am a new to 360 however I love the cad software I am frustrated that the library that I have when I downloaded 360 only has 4 turn options for processors 2 posted code both that did were way off however I am frustrated considering the program I post is REALLY simple it's a test piece to evaluate my machine , I was told that ur software and mach3 get along the processor is more than likely the problem I just need help getting mach 3 turn into my processor library in the post screen and I can try mach processor .... I only show a mill processor so any help would be greatly appreciated I knew getting different software would be a chore I need to grind and get going with it I suppose I just expected to be setup for mach already because that's what I was told by the salesman lol so I'll grind a little while and try to get it sorted out ...thanks can u show me how to add new machines to library

So I purchased fusion 360 and the posting processor for turning are pretty poor I have a custom built cnc lathe that runs programs from bobcad G code no problems I make the change to 360 and I am pretty disappointed at the moment hopefully my mind will change, I literally tried all 4 turn post processors and they all post different problems Do they have a mach3 turn post processor that they have tested and inspected , I was told when I bought this software by the techs that it supported mach 3 ,,, PLEASE HELP

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! Welcome to the Fusion 360 community - we appreciate your interest in Fusion 360.

Which post processors have you tried? We do have a generic Mach 3 Turning post available at the Post Library - are you having issues with this post?

If so, I would recommend creating an example programming illustrating the problems and posting on the HSM Post Processor forum. There are some great resources for editing posts there that may be able to help get the post sorted out for your machine.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
