    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have a blisk that I created for a small (RC-sized) turbine, and am attempting to figure out if fusion360 can come up with appropriate toolpaths. After doing a quick search, most posts related to impellers were from the prior versions without any 5 axis simultaneous capabilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; The problem I'm having is neither swarf cutting, nor multi-axis contouring seem to work for it. At one point, I was able to get a swarf path to be created around a blade, however it left a large amount of uneven stock on the airfoil, and completely avoided machining the leading edge- I'm assuming because swarf is trying to keep the endmill flat against some part of the surface. Is there a way to (efficiently) creatively make it machine the blades? With all the undercuts that I have, an indexed 5-axis path would take forever to machine (I think).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Am I missing something simple? Is there an alternate way to get this to work? For anyone interested, I've attached the model.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think this is going to be very difficult for the current state of Fusion 360, but here's how I'd start messing with it:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3D Contour with Multiaxis Tilting enabled:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would likely need multiple followup toolpaths, but as I'm no 5-axis guru, perhaps someone else can/will chime in to offer their experience on the matter.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the hints- the good news is that I can independently reproduce your toolpaths. The bad news is it appears (like you said) that some follow-up toolpaths would still be required. I find it interesting that although multiaxis tlit is using all 5 axes, it isnt able to get into the undercut-type areas still- I'm not sure why that is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be able to, but as of yet the 5-axis toolpaths definitely need more fleshing out, but this is known and certainly on the map for improvement, but I wouldn't say there's anything on a specific timeline. You may be able to get better results than I have, that was just a quick attempt, and as I said, I am no 5-axis guru.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
