Can't find hidden components

I hid some of the components in a file I downloaded, and now can't find them. The components are suspension rods, and I looked through the entire components list and can't seem to find them. I attached the file below, can anyone please help me find them? And is there a quick way to show them all?

They are there for some reasion they wont activate with the right click menu you have to go into the components body to turn it back on

Do you know why that night happen? And is there any way to just show all
hidden components at once?

Not that I could find next time turn the component off not the body.

I just used the shortcut 'V' to hide the pieces. Is there a way I can make
it hide just the component and not the body?

High light the component folder then hit v or the body folder

I tried that with the component folder the nothing happened, so I guess I
have to do it with the body for each individual piece. Thank you though!
