Setup a 2D operation (I'm not working in 3D milling at the moment) by selecting the appropriate lines and faces, feeds, speeds, cuts, leads. OK

A little while later I edit the operation to make a tweak to something and dang, missing the selected top reference and the contours. It's also happened when I duplicate the operation to do something very similar, maybe with another tool so the duplicated operation is missing the references.

The object was an imported 3D STEP file. It's been happening all day since the update.

I'm still needing to capture that for you but in the meantime I think the following is very important for everyone to know:

I duplicated a drill cycle that I had previously used twice in the same setup. The second duplicate it added a -7.5in offset to the drill depth. Once to drill was a diameter range, one was select faces, the last was drill a selected point. Thankfully I caught the Fusion mistake instead of drilling a $150k machine table.

Fusion has it's features I work around but the above two problems are new and I'm positive not created by me. For whatever reason I haven't been able to duplicate the problem as I have in the past when y'all fixed it promptly. This problem seems random but often.

I have not reproduced this so I'm assuming it was random. It was easy to catch since I was paying attention. -7.5 is such a large number. I have no idea where it come from. The material was 1.25" thick. There are no planes outside the 1.25". Origin is the center face of the plate. What I'm saying is 7.5" means nothing in my project. All units are metric except for the plate thickness because that's what we have available in the USA.

I haven't forgotten about capturing your data, just pretty jammed up right now.

Are these native Fusion files or imported solids?
Are you using Manufacturing Models?
Are you selecting contours off of sketches or directly from models?
