Tool path slot function errors

Hi! I am currently trying to make a toolpath of a bunch of the same exact part. I already generated the complete toolpath of one part to test and see that it works, and it did. So then I duplicated the part 19 times to have 20 total, and all the features have been translating smoothly. But, then I get to the slots that make up the face, and they are not working. well, one worked (slot A), but the rest are not. (Slot B for reference)

What I am not understanding is how everything is the same exact part, and yet the feature is not working for everything. I even have tried selecting the remainder of Slot B as geometry for the single working path for Slot B on the first part, and it didn't work. Any ideas of what to do?

Slot is a fickle tool that may or may not work as expected....

Can you share your file?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.

If it's a .f3z assembly file, you will need to put it in a .zip file and attach that instead

Ok, so I think I've finally narrowed down to a work around that will help point us in the direction of actually solving this issue.

As you found, you weren't able to get a slot path on most of the part. However, I found a way:

Tool Orientation. I observed how the successful

part was oriented (XZ) and I made another slot toolpath and selected this:

I repeated that process for any other part that was oriented in a different alignment:
