Project workspace - Change Project Descriptor

Hi there, just downloaded the New Product Implementation workspace from APPs; I can't find my way to change Project Descriptor. I'm supposed to work around fields, on the Item tab on the workspace editor, but nothing show up as currently available.

When looking at the descriptor definition, i see the target field but no way to handle the list of available fileds.

Any hint?

The descriptor of the Projects workspace should be configured as shown below. Does it look different on your side?

Did you assign the new roles of the app to your user?

Hi Sven, yes it looks the same. I wanted to change the prefix; I went into the NUMBER field definition and found the Formula for caluculated fields; there i changed the default AUTONUMBER('PRJ', IDPRJ__AUTO_INC, 4).

I got some errors on Ok, but now it returns what i wanted
