Item Numbers not Showing in the Parts List

When doing a F360 drawing and inserting the parts list some of the Manage Extension item numbers do not show, is there any way to correct this?

I have tried doing a PDF to refresh the properties as suggested by Autodesk but this does not work every time.

I have had the same problem for days. Sometimes it works when you clean the cache. but often it doesn't last long. If the numbers were displayed in an older version, you can go back to that one.

But unfortunately these are not good solutions, I hope something will be done soon.

A fix has been deployed for this May 20th 2022

Hi,

I still see problems with many drawings and item numbers, clearing the cache work sometimes but not every time, the unreliability is quite frustrating.

I am using the manage extension.

One point to mention, yesterday I installed the ADSSO fix and this has solved the log in problems, contact warnings and crashes so far, overall Fusion seems much more stable after this. I will keep an eye on the item number also to see if this improves

The problem is still there today, see the attached,

PDF drawing where the item numbers are missing in the parts list

Help please and get this reliable so workflows are not disrupted and time wasted.

This drawing was started yesterday, tried clearing the cache and it did not solve it.

The issue where item numbers were not all showing in drawing part lists is now resolved.

You can follow these steps to fix problematic drawings:

Update to latest Fusion Build (You should see 2.0.13375 in the about window)
Save a new version of problematic assembly (Hide / Show a component and save for creating an identical new version)
Open and update the drawing

You should now have all Item numbers in the part list.

Please let know if you still face the issue.
