    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, such a report is certainly possible if I understand you correctly. You would make a report that counts the workflow actions that are filtered to contain "reject" in them. Attached is an example with a chart (filtered to contain "return", but you get the idea). To get more information about the rejections, you can make a similar report with a little more detail, such as what items were rejected and when the rejections occurred (also attached).
