Increase attachment size limit

Will the actual attachment size Limitation increase in further Versions of Fusion LifeCycle or have we to install applications to split big files in parts before upload and connect them after download?

Wondering how big the file sizes you are uploading are? Is there an error message that says exceeds limit or does it just time out?

Is there a limit to the size of the files I can upload?

Yes. There is a limit of 512 megabytes per file.

I tried a Zip-File with 600 MB and I can't upload it within a browser.

But we have an App with REST-API from Fusion LifeCycle and with this App I can upload files greater than 512MB (We tried 1 GB and bigger), when I change the standard timeout.

Hi,

Just wanted to follow-up: we increased the attachment limit to 1GB in Modern for the upcoming release. Classic stays at 512MB for the moment.
