topic GridView on new entry script? in Fusion Manage Forum

How can you capture when a user makes a new entry of the gridview tab? I want a script to update certain fields on the new entry, like date and username.

Behaviors only trigger on the following:

Create

Update of attributes on Item Details page

On Demand

You could instruct the user to run the onDemand script after making the update to the Grid, or you could run the script at a workflow transition (when the item is no longer editable for example).

That method would be hard to capture information on entry of a new gridtab item
