Disable EDIT on Details Tab until certain State in WF

I have a WF where I have
- State "Stage X Created"
- Transition "Initiate"
- State "Initiated"
- Transition "Submit for ..."
I would like to disable the "Edit" button in Details Tab, until State is "Initiated" and Transition is "Submit for..."
Is this possible?

If the users who need to update the record are assigned Actions, then you can use workflow locking. If not, you might be able to change the scenario to something that works with advanced permissions.

The configuration is on each of the sections of the Item Details page.

If I want nobody to be able to edit in Details Tab before transition ”Submit for…”
And I lock state in section on workspace Manager
And I write my condition script to be nobody who has permission
Who will then be able to move WF?

Before submitting, only the owner should be able to update (and the owner should be able to submit). This can be accomplished using workflow locking and assigning the action to the owner only.

Let's say the next state is "Initial Review" and everyone assigned to the review should be able to update the record. Using workflow locking, others will not be able to update the record.

Let's say the next state is "Final Review" - use the LOCK feature on this state to remove everyone's ability to update the record (even the reviewers).
