topic Fusion 360 not seeing PCB outline in Fusion Electronics Forum

I am an Eagle 7.7.0 user. I copied (may not be the correct term) one of my designs into Fusion 360 Electronics by referencing the schematic and then the PCB files. But for some reason Fusion 360 doesn't recognize my board outline on layer 20. There are some holes from components on layer 20, and an oblong slot on layer 20 (this slot maybe should be on the milling layer, 46,. And the line thickness for the PCB outline is 0.001mm. The board outline on layer 20 should be an enclosed shape, at least it was when it was made in Eagle 7.7.0.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I'm using the 30-day trial version of Fusion 360 with the intention of buying subscription.
