&lt;P&gt;I hope you're doing well. You are getting bit by the annular ring settings(formerly known as restring). &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In short what's happening here, is that the default annular ring settings are causing your pads to swell a little and that creates the clearance violations you are seeing. Your part is made correctly in the library, so you don't have to look there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Library not updating pcb layout regardless to approach</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I`m pulling my head as to unrelialbe way of editing the libriaries in F360 electronics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No matter how many times i try to edit the pad spacing, the library pcb layout is ok, but when inserted to design the problem remains. I saved numerus times, renamed, deleted/added.
