Tenting Vias

Hello all,

is it possible to tent vias only from on side? E.g. tenting via on top layer under a BGA Component and leave ist untented on the bottom side to use the via also as test point?

Hello @jens.bennerEGSLG ,

I hope you're doing well. So this is possible but it will be a bit manual. Here's the procedure

1) Fully tent the via

2) On the side you want exposed draw a filled in circle on the appropiate stopmask layer.

You are basically drawing in the openings you want manually.
